Description
This flirty porn star martini cocktail is made with vanilla-flavored vodka, fresh passion fruit puree, lime juice, and passion fruit liqueur. Garnish with half of a passionfruit — and an optional side of sparkling wine.

- 2 ounces vanilla-flavored vodka
- 1/2 ounce passion fruit liqueur
- 1 ounce fresh passion fruit puree (can also use store-bought, unsweetened puree)
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounce vanilla simple syrup
- Garnish: fresh passion fruit
- Optional: side of sparking wine
Instructions
- Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
- Fill with ice and shake vigorously until the cocktail is well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass (I used 5.5-ounce glasses).
- Add passion fruit garnish, if using.
- Serve with an optional side of sparkling wine.
Notes
- HOW TO MAKE VANILLA SIMPLE SYRUP: To make vanilla simple syrup, add equal parts water and sugar to a saucepan (1 cup sugar and 1 cup water). Simmer over medium heat, frequently stirring, until sugar completely dissolves (don’t boil). Remove from the heat and stir in 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract. Let the mixture cool before using. Store leftover syrup in an air-tight container (like a mason jar) in your refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- DO I HAVE TO SERVE THE SPARKLING WINE SIDE?: No! The drink is so good all on its own. The side is optional.
- MAKE AHEAD: You can easily make the passion fruit puree and vanilla simple syrup ahead of time. Just store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
