Step-By-Step Instructions

This recipe comes together with very minimal work! This is all you need to do:

  • PREP: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • PREPARE THE BAGELS: Using a cookie cutter or a pairing knife, enlarge the bagel holes until it’s large enough for the procuitto and eggs to easily fit inside. Then generously butter both sides of the bagels and place them on the baking sheet.
  • ADD THE PROSCIUTTO: Next, line the hole with a slice of thin-cut prosciutto.
  • ADD THE EGGS: Carefully crack one egg into each bagel hole being careful to keep the yolk intact.

  • BAKE: Bake the bagels until the egg yolks are set and the whites have solidified, about 12 minutes.
  • GARNISH AND SERVE: Top with garnishes of your choice and enjoy!
